Job requirements:
1. College diploma or above, major in engineering cost or mechanical and electrical installation engineering;
2. Familiar with cost related processes, cost related software, and relevant laws and regulations, able to independently complete cost consulting related work;
3. Proficient in using Guanglian Da BIM modeling software, Word and Excel office software, familiar with bidding and tendering related processes, familiar with relevant laws and regulations and bidding policies, able to independently complete bidding preparation related work;
4. Priority consideration is given to those with a first-class cost engineer certificate
5. Priority will be given to those with project experience from the Municipal Public Works Bureau.
